Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain custom applications and scoped apps in ServiceNow
- Build integrations with external systems using REST / SOAP APIs
- Create and manage Script Includes Business Rules Client Scripts and workflows
- Configure and support MID Server for on-premise integrations
- Develop custom tables forms modules and service catalog items
- Work on Flow Designer / IntegrationHub for automation
- Troubleshoot API integration and MID Server issues
- Work with business teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
Required Skills
- Strong experience in ServiceNow development
- Hands-on in custom apps and scoped applications
- Experience with REST APIs SOAP and integrations
- Good knowledge of Script Includes and JavaScript scripting
- Experience in MID Server setup and support
- Knowledge of Flow Designer / IntegrationHub
