Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Back Office Coordinator to manage service coordination and CRM operations for kitchen appliances. The role involves handling customer service requests scheduling service and installation jobs and ensuring smooth coordination between customers and technicians.
Key Responsibilities
* Work on CRM software to register and manage customer complaints
* Assign service repair and installation requests to the appropriate technicians
* Coordinate daily schedules and follow up on job completion
* Maintain accurate service records and customer data
* Communicate effectively with technicians customers and internal teams
* Support service operations to ensure timely and quality resolution
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Proficiency in MS Excel
* Good knowledge of basic computer operations
* Strong communication skills in Hindi Gujarati and English
* Good management and coordination skills
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
