Job Summary

  • Manage the front desk and serve as the first point of contact for visitors clients and employees.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls and maintain call records.
  • Welcome visitors maintain visitor logs issue visitor passes and ensure adherence to security protocols.
  • Coordinate and manage vendor interactions including service requests and follow-ups.
  • Maintain front office records registers and documentation accurately.
  • Handle courier mail and dispatch activities.
  • Ensure the reception area is organized professional and well-maintained at all times.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and visitor arrangements.
  • Assist with administrative and office management activities as required.
  • Support travel desk activities including travel bookings and coordination (preferred but optional).


  • Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Front Office Reception or Administrative roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Kannada Hindi and English.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Experience in handling reception activities visitor management and telephone etiquette.
  • Knowledge of vendor management and coordination.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word Excel Outlook).

    Required Skills:

    Minimum 2 years of experience in Front Office Reception or Administrative roles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Mandatory proficiency in Kannada Hindi and English. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Experience in handling reception activities visitor management and telephone etiquette. Knowledge of vendor management and coordination.
