Assist with administrative and office management activities as required.
Support travel desk activities including travel bookings and coordination (preferred but optional).
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in Front Office Reception or Administrative roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency inKannada Hindi and English.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Experience in handling reception activities visitor management and telephone etiquette.
Knowledge of vendor management and coordination.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word Excel Outlook).
