Job Summary

Profile - Front Office Executive

Location - Ernakulum

Experience - 2 Years

Salary - upto 5.5 LPA

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Welcoming visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Keeping the reception area tidy and observing professional etiquette.
  • Ensuring the board lines and extensions are working properly
  • Answering telephone calls as well as screening and forwarding calls.
  • Handling Visitor Management System & - Assisting vistors to the meeting room offering Tea/Coffee.
  • Coordination with Courier Service Providers - DTDC / Bluedart; Handling basic inquires & sorting mails
  • Logging Tracking & Distribution of Incoming & Outgoing Couriers
  • BMD - Check In & Check Out data
  • Reporting on daily Head Counts - Employees/CSS4 Staff/OS/Visitors
  • Registering of Late Sitting Counts & Tracking of Women Employees ensuring safety
  • Assist in utilization of meeting rooms
  • Provide assistance to WE Local Spoc as may be required
  • To act as back up for local Spoc in emergency / requirement
  • Co-ordination activities for events
  • Develop the necessary procedures in consultation with local Spoc as may be required for all functions within the scope of reception
  • Keeping stock update of First Aid Box/ medicines and placing order accordingly
  • Registering AQI readings
  • All Reporting
