Role Overview
The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for primarily non-IT roles with occasional hiring for IT positions. The role requires expertise in sourcing screening and hiring candidates across retail and luxury segments ensuring alignment with business goals and company culture.
Key Responsibilities
Handle complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement understanding to onboarding
Source candidates through job portals social media references and internal databases
Screen candidates and assess suitability based on role requirements
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback
Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular hiring updates
Handle offer discussions negotiations and follow-ups for joining
Maintain candidate pipeline for current and future requirements
Ensure proper documentation and tracking of recruitment activities
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in non-IT recruitment (mandatory)
Exposure to retail and luxury hiring preferred (not mandatory)
Basic understanding of IT hiring is an added advantage
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
Experience & Qualification
1–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
Graduate in any discipline
