We are seeking a Program Manager with experience in semiconductor IC/ASIC development to manage end-to-end programs across cross-functional teams. The role involves driving execution from concept through tape-out and silicon validation while ensuring schedule cost and quality objectives are met. The candidate will work closely with design verification and manufacturing teams to ensure program alignment and timely delivery.
4. Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end program management for IC/ASIC development (concept to production)
Define project scope timelines milestones and deliverables
Coordinate across analog digital verification layout and test teams
Track project progress risks and dependencies; drive mitigation plans
Manage program schedules using tools such as Jira or equivalent
Ensure alignment with tape-out schedules and silicon validation timelines
Collaborate with external stakeholders including foundries and partners
Monitor resource allocation and optimize team utilization
Manage program budgets and cost tracking
Drive cross-functional communication and status reporting
Ensure compliance with quality reliability and engineering standards
Handle escalations and support issue resolution across teams
5. Required Qualifications
/ B.E. in Electronics Electrical Engineering or related field
5 years of experience in semiconductor program or project management
Experience managing cross-functional engineering teams
