Qualification: Bachelors degree in computer science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Job Summary:

We are looking for OpenShift & Kubernetes Administrator with 68 years of hands-on experience in Redhat OpenShift platforms running on bare metal and OpenStack environments.
This role focuses on reliability performance and automation of platform services with a strong emphasis on networking GitOps practices and performance management.
Key Responsibilities and Skills Required:
.68 years of experience in OpenShift and Kubernetes administration.
.Strong hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift hosted in on-prem BareMetal nodes
.Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills in distributed systems.
.Deep understanding of Kubernetes/OpenShift networking including CNI architecture Network policies Service routing and ingress/egress.
.Handle cluster lifecycle operations: upgrades patching and configuration management with minimal downtime.
.Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus Grafana Kibana etc.
.Experience in managing Calico and OVN CNI
.Implement and maintain GitOps workflows using ArgoCD
.Manage persistent storage using Trident ODF and CSI-based solutions
.Manage Advanced Cluster Management (ACM) for multi-cluster lifecycle management governance and policy enforcement.
.Strong background in core networking concepts like TCP/IP DNS VLANs routing load balancing firewalls
.Define and monitor SLIs/SLOs and ensure adherence to reliability targets.
.Experience with automation tools (Ansible Terraform scripting).
.Experience with container runtimes (Docker Podman) and image registries.
.Perform incident management including troubleshooting RCA and postmortem analysis
.Enforce security best practices certificate lifecycle management and compliance standards.
.Collaborate with development networking and infrastructure teams to improve system reliability.
.Certifications: CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator) OpenShift Administrator (EX280) or equivalent.
