Job Summary
On behalf of our client we are seeking a Regional Finance Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organization across Kenya Uganda and Tanzania. This role ensures robust financial reporting tax compliance (KRA URA and TRA) and strategic budget management.

- Prepare monthly quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements.
- Ensure 100% compliance with local tax regulations including VAT PAYE and Corporate Tax filings.
- Manage regional cash flow banking relationships and currency exchange risks.
- Lead the annual budgeting process and perform variance analysis.
- Facilitate internal and external audits for all regional entities.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting. Must be a CPA (K/U/T) or ACCA qualified.
- Proficiency in ERPs (e.g. SAP Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics) financial modeling and IFRS knowledge.
- 5 - 7 years in financial management with experience in regional reporting.

Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in HR Management Business Administration or a related field. CHRP-K (Kenya) or equivalent regional certification is a plus. Strong knowledge of East African labor laws conflict resolution and cross-cultural communication. 4 - 6 years of HR experience preferably in a multi-country setup.
