Severin Sea Lodge is seeking an experienced and highly organized Front Office Manager to lead our Front Office team at our 4-star beach resort on the North this key role you will oversee all Front Office operations and ensure seamless collaboration between Reception Reservations and Guest Relations delivering a smooth and memorable guest journey from pre-arrival to departure. Tasks
- Coordinate and oversee all Front Office operations to ensure smooth efficient daily functioning.
- Ensure seamless check-in/check-out processes and accurate reservations maintaining high standards across Reception Reservations and Guest Relations.
- Monitor guest feedback and handle service recovery promptly driving continuous improvements to enhance the guest journey.
- Collaborate closely with Housekeeping F&B Security and Maintenance to ensure room readiness service timing and overall guest satisfaction.
- Lead train and motivate Front Office staff; maintain professional standards and ensure correct use of the PMS system and related reporting.
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management (or a related field).
- Minimum 35 years Front Office operations experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role in a 4-star or 5-star hotel/resort.
- Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills with a proven track record of managing and developing teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability in fast-paced guest-facing environments.
- Proficiency in the hotel PMS system in place including accurate reservations guest records and operational reporting.
