Job Summary
An active NV1 or Baseline security clearance is mandatory
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end testing activities for ServiceNow implementations upgrades and enhancements
- Develop and maintain test strategies test plans and test cases aligned to business and technical requirements
- Execute functional regression system integration and user acceptance testing (UAT) for ServiceNow modules such as ITSM ITOM HRSD CSM or custom applications
- Perform API workflow and integration testing across ServiceNow and third-party systems
- Design develop and maintain automated test scripts using ServiceNow ATF and/or external automation tools
- Identify log track and retest defects using tools such as ServiceNow JIRA or Azure DevOps
- Collaborate with developers and architects to validate fixes and ensure high-quality releases
- Provide guidance and mentoring to junior testers and contribute to test process improvements
- Participate in release planning sprint reviews and retrospectives within Agile delivery teams
- Ensure testing practices comply with organisational quality standards and best practices
Required Experience
- 5 years of experience in software testing with at least 3 years focused on ServiceNow platforms
- Hands-on experience testing ServiceNow modules (e.g. ITSM ITOM HRSD CSM CMDB)
- Strong experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) and manual testing techniques
- Experience testing integrations
- Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture workflows business rules and scripting concepts
- Experience with defect tracking and test management tools
- Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills
