Youll develop and deliver initiatives across a large dynamic business with the opportunity to try new approaches using the latest tools and technology.
This is a full-time role based at our Acacia Ridge office in Brisbane.
What youll be doing:
- Develop Marketing initiatives that support growth across key sectors of the business.
- Lead the planning execution and measurement of integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
- Bring major initiatives to market including new product launches.
- Help shape how we position our offerings in market.
- Work closely with sales and business leaders to translate commercial priorities into marketing initiatives.
- Manage agencies budgets and campaign performance.
- Continually refine how we approach Marketing by testing new ideas tools and technologies.
What youll need:
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing Communications Business or a related discipline.
- Minimum five years experience developing and delivering integrated marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Strong understanding of core marketing principles and the ability to apply them to develop effective campaign strategies and plans.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
- A commercial mindset.
