Compensation

- Driving revenue through outbound and inbound owner calls
- Presenting and closing exclusive event-based vacation packages
- Creating urgency and value around limited-time offers
- Overcoming objections with confidence and professionalism
- Delivering a high-quality customer experience
- Managing pipeline activity and follow-ups in CRM
- Consistently hitting and exceeding sales targets
Who You Are
- A proven closer with sales or outbound call experience
- Competitive goal-oriented and motivated by earning potential
- Skilled at building rapport quickly and controlling the conversation
- Confident handling objections and asking for the sale
- Resilient coachable and performance-driven
