Utility & Infrastructure (Project Manager II)
Location: Dayton OH (Service Building)
Work Model: Primarily inperson; occasional weekends/irregular hours as needed
About the Role
As a Capital Project Manager you will independently manage largescale transmission distribution and infrastructure projects owning results from planning through construction. This role sits at the core of our PMO and plays a critical role in delivering projects that expand capacity enhance reliability and support longterm system needs.
What Youll Do
- Manage multimilliondollar capital projects ($5M$50M) with full accountability for scope schedule budget and risk.
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans schedules cash flows and risk registers.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure construction milestones and outages are executed safely and on time.
- Lead procurement planning scope development bid evaluations and contract administration.
- Track and forecast project costs; provide detailed monthly reporting for PMO and leadership.
- Identify risks early and drive mitigation strategies.
- Support mentoring and development of junior PMs.
- Participate in PMO process improvement and lessonslearned initiatives.
What Were Looking For
- 37 years of experience managing capital construction projects.
- Utility infrastructure or data center experience preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.
- Bachelors degree required; Masters preferred.
- PMP preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP and Oracle P6 strongly desired.
