Utility & Infrastructure (Project Manager II)

Location: Dayton OH (Service Building)
Work Model: Primarily inperson; occasional weekends/irregular hours as needed

About the Role

As a Capital Project Manager you will independently manage largescale transmission distribution and infrastructure projects owning results from planning through construction. This role sits at the core of our PMO and plays a critical role in delivering projects that expand capacity enhance reliability and support longterm system needs.

What Youll Do

Manage multimilliondollar capital projects ($5M$50M) with full accountability for scope schedule budget and risk.
Develop and maintain integrated project plans schedules cash flows and risk registers.
Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure construction milestones and outages are executed safely and on time.
Lead procurement planning scope development bid evaluations and contract administration.
Track and forecast project costs; provide detailed monthly reporting for PMO and leadership.
Identify risks early and drive mitigation strategies.
Support mentoring and development of junior PMs.
Participate in PMO process improvement and lessonslearned initiatives.

What Were Looking For

37 years of experience managing capital construction projects.
Utility infrastructure or data center experience preferred.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.
Bachelors degree required; Masters preferred.
PMP preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP and Oracle P6 strongly desired.
