A spirit of generosity thrives here with many residents actively volunteering for local causes and supporting their neighbours through friendly chats and shared Village Manager you will play a pivotal role in shaping this welcoming environment - leading with heart driving operational excellence and ensuring every resident feels truly at to the Regional Operations Manager your responsibilities will include:Managing the daytoday operations of the village and ensure smooth service deliveryOverseeing maintenance contractors and service providers to keep the village running efficientlyFostering a warm welcoming and supportive environment for residentsWorking collaboratively with the Residents Committee to support communication and village initiativesManaging resident feedback complaints moveins and exits to ensure a positive experienceBuilding strong customer relationships and maintain effective communication with residentsLeading financial processes including budgeting expenditure control and service fee settingConducting regular inspections safety checks and maintenance planning to ensure compliance and presentation standardsMonitoring and reporting village performance to senior leaders ensuring regulatory complianceLeading recruitment performance management development planning and succession planning for village staffPartnering with Sales and Marketing to maximise resale values and support occupancy prospective purchasers and assess suitability of potential residentsEnsuring compliance with EHS requirements and manage village health and safety risksPlanning and oversee a variety of social lifestyle and wellbeing activities for residentsLeading a passionate team committed to delivering an exceptional resident experienceAbout You:Excellentpeople managementskills with the ability to lead motivate and develop teamsStrongfinancial acumen with demonstrated experience inbudgetingandfinancial reporting is highly desirable and would be a valuable asset in this roleBrings extensive experience incomplaint managementanddispute resolution ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and professionallyProven experience inasset management ideally within property facilities or retirement livingExperience in roles focused oncommunity connection and engagementwould be highly regardedA proactive solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to resident wellbeingExperienced in operational management with strong organisational consultative and negotiation skillsHave excellent computer skills (confident with the use of Microsoft Office Suite and various online applications)A people person with a genuine love for working with seniorsCompassionate with a deep understanding of the unique needs of independent living seniorsPerks and Benefits:Competitive salary Bonus schemeFlexible working arrangements and supportive leadershipA supportive and friendly work environment4x Wellbeing Days (one per quarter).
