ABOUT THE POSITION
Columbia Sportswear Finance & Accounting teams oversee the financial health and forward strategy for a portfolio of four global brands. These teams exercise expertise across Compliance Credit Financial Planning and Reporting Tax Treasury Procurement and Strategy. Advancing traditional Finance & Accounting functions the organization is also driving innovation through advanced analytics and automation.
Columbia Sportswears Financial Planning and Analysis teams support sustainable profitable growth by delivering accurate financial insights and partnering across the business.
As the Financial Analyst II for Supply Chain you will support the Global Supply Chain FP&A organization across distribution global operations and logistics. This role provides analytical and process support to Senior Finance Analysts and Finance Leadership with a focus on executing core FP&A processes financial reporting KPI development and supporting planning activities.
You will develop a strong foundation in FP&A systems tools and planning cycles while contributing to standardized reporting logistics analytics and financial support related to distribution cost of goods sold and supply chain flow.
HOW YOULL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
- Support senior analysts and finance leadership by preparing and delivering recurring FP&A reporting and analysis
- Take ownership of assigned process work and recurring reports ensuring accuracy consistency and timeliness
- Prepare and maintain standard logistics dashboards KPI reporting and variance analyses
- Support forecasting budgeting and longrange planning cycles through data preparation and validation
- Analyze large and complex data sets to support operational insights and standard KPI development
- Assist with ad hoc analyses and reporting with a focus on clarity and continuous improvement

- Able to manage recurring deliverables in a deadlinedriven environment
- Collaborative and dependable able to support multiple partners and priorities
- Processfocused with interest in learning and improving standard ways of working
YOU HAVE
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance or a related field or equivalent experience
- 2 years of experience in financial analysis FP&A or a similarly analytical role
- Advanced Excel skills including experience working with large data sets and financial models
- Experience with data visualization or analyiiitics tools such as Power BI Tableau or similar
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Nice to have:
- Experience with enterprise planning or reporting tools such as IBM Cognos TM1
- Exposure to distribution logistics supply chain or cost accounting environments
- Experience working in a large or complex organization
