Job Summary
ABOUT THE POSITION
HOW YOULL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
- Support senior analysts and finance leadership by preparing and delivering recurring FP&A reporting and analysis
- Take ownership of assigned process work and recurring reports ensuring accuracy consistency and timeliness
- Prepare and maintain standard logistics dashboards KPI reporting and variance analyses
- Support forecasting budgeting and longrange planning cycles through data preparation and validation
- Analyze large and complex data sets to support operational insights and standard KPI development
- Assist with ad hoc analyses and reporting with a focus on clarity and continuous improvement
YOU ARE
- Detailoriented and organized with a strong focus on accuracy
- Analytical and comfortable working with large data sets
- Able to manage recurring deliverables in a deadlinedriven environment
- Collaborative and dependable able to support multiple partners and priorities
- Processfocused with interest in learning and improving standard ways of working
YOU HAVE
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance or a related field or equivalent experience
- 2 years of experience in financial analysis FP&A or a similarly analytical role
- Advanced Excel skills including experience working with large data sets and financial models
- Experience with data visualization or analyiiitics tools such as Power BI Tableau or similar
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Experience with enterprise planning or reporting tools such as IBM Cognos TM1
- Exposure to distribution logistics supply chain or cost accounting environments
- Experience working in a large or complex organization
