Job Summary
Essential Job Functions
- Responds to orders generalclientinquiries invoice questions andclientcomplaints.
- Resolves issues with orders delivery dates or service.
- Resolves theclients complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting corrections or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

Education & Experience
- High School Diploma orGED
- 0-2years experienceas assembly line lead
CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES
- Professional certification may be required in some areas.
