Role Overview
The Research Manager will play a pivotal role in the new hub reporting to an Associate Director.
What youll be doing
- Your role will involve supporting the day-to-day delivery of multiple quantitative research projects ensuring timelines are met and outputs are delivered to a high standard.
- You will write and refine questionnaires with input from senior team members ensuring alignment with research objectives.
- You will be responsible for conducting analysis including reviewing data tables coding open-end responses and supporting development of table specifications ensuring outputs are accurate and robust.
- You will contribute to the preparation of client deliverables including drafting report templates in PowerPoint and supporting the development of final reports.
- You will work closely with project management teams to support fieldwork execution and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- You will provide regular updates to your manager on project progress and will begin to contribute to internal discussions on findings and implications.
- You will also support on-the-job coaching of more junior team members where appropriate.
What youll need
- 5-6 years of experience in market research with healthcare experience (or experience in other research sectors)
- Appreciation of marketing / client side issues
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Good communication skills - both verbal and written
- Ability to multi task under pressure and to tight deadlines
- High level of proficiency with Excel or SPSS
