Job Requirements
- Schedules service for customers either in person or on the phone to ensure prompt and accurate diagnosis of any problem
- Makes repair recommendations and manages the delivery of repairs by setting and managing customer expectations
- Ensures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards
- Greets all customers entering the service area with a friendly professional attitude answering any questions and/or directing them to the appropriate person or location
- Verifies customer appointments and all relevant customer information (name VIN tag number mileage etc.)
- Arranges service or repair and sets expectations for cost and completion
- Greets all customers in a warm sincere and helpful manner
- 1 year previous experience preferred.
- Confident and professional phone manner
- Strong computer and Internet skills
- Inside sales experience is a plus
- Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results
