This job is responsible for managing complex to high risk cross-functional and/or inter-departmental programs or projects for Line of Business products processes functions and employee readiness. Key responsibilities include partnering with the business to develop a plan to sustain change evaluate current methods and drive strategies to implement changes/improvements. Job expectations include serving as the primary point of contact to department managers for critical change initiatives using tools to document program performance and influencing stakeholders to make strategic changes.
The Global Operations Workspace Strategy Senior Project Manager is responsible for supporting workspace occupancy planning and day-to-day operations to support Global Operations Workspace Strategy. Responsibilities include managing scope timelines stakeholder updates and execution related tasks for site exits large scale market strategies and changes in occupancy styles (e.g. modern space). The candidate will be expected to become a subject matter expert in Workspace Strategy functions and build strong relationships with Global Real Estate Services partners and teammates. The position calls for an energetic employee with a readiness to execute at a high level proactive planning skills and great attention to detail. Enthusiastically adjusting to changing demands and acting as a self-starter will also be important for success.
Required Skills:
3 or more years of combined experience in the areas of workspace technology business support project management real estate and/or workforce planning.
Strong communication skills written verbal and presentation
Attention to detail
Analytical skills ability to organize and present data
Ability to work in team-oriented environment with strong aptitude for problem solving
Adept at balancing multiple and competing priorities; outstanding organizational and planning skills
Excellent Microsoft Office skills specifically Excel PowerPoint and SharePoint
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and partner across organizations
Desired Skills:
Knowledge/experience working with workspace and real estate tools
Experience working with data
Strong relationship management skills
Technical Aptitude and desire to use or learn new applications/systems
Ability to identify understand design and implement new process flows in a complex environment
