Job Summary

Unit Role: Unit Role: To develop the leadership potential of selected university students through enjoyable and challenging training raising awareness of the Armys ethos and building interest in its career opportunities; in order to secure their commitment whether as officers or as future leaders in their chosen profession to champion the Army in society

Position Role: To support the OC in delivering the requirements of the Leadership role of the Coy.

Responsibilities:

1. Deliver creative training opportunities and activities by applying innovative thought process.
2. Identify and mitigate risk at all levels of planning and delivery.
3. Support the units annual Recruitment process with the intent to Attract a broad and diverse cohort of quality students.
4. Facilitate good working relationships through understanding people and effective social skills to support collaboration.
5. Identify and demonstrate personal and professional development opportunities for self and others.
6. Provide advice and support to OCdts looking to conduct further military service in either the Regular or Reserve Force.
7. Lead or support tasks as directed by the OC or XO in support of Coy and UOTC core business.
