The successful candidate will lead their room with confidence support the wider team and help maintain high standards across daily practice. This role would suit an established Room Leader or a strong Senior Practitioner ready to take the next step.

What Youll Need
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
- Experience as a Room Leader or Senior Practitioner in a nursery
- Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding requirements
- Ability to manage a room and support staff confidently
- Clear communication and organisational skills
What Youll Do
- Lead the day-to-day running of your nursery room
- Deliver care and education in line with EYFS requirements
- Plan and oversee age-appropriate activities and learning
- Complete observations assessments and next steps
- Build working relationships with parents and provide regular updates
- Support and guide practitioners within your room
- Maintain safeguarding safety and compliance standards
