FOOD & BEVERAGE TEAM LEADER

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Food & Beverage Team Leader to join our dynamic team in the heart of London. As a key member of our hospitality team you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional service delivery and team management in our food and beverage operations.

• Lead and motivate the food and beverage team to deliver consistent and memorable service to all our guests
• Supervise daily operations of the restaurant bar and other food service areas
• Train develop and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness
• Manage stock levels place orders and control costs whilst maintaining quality
• Handle guest queries and complaints promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service delivery
• Organise and oversee special events and promotions
• Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance set goals and address any concerns
• Assist in creating staff schedules and managing payroll within the department
• Contribute to the development of new service procedures and standards to enhance guest satisfaction

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in a similar food and beverage leadership role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership abilities with a talent for motivating and developing team members
• Exceptional customer service orientation with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment
• Proficiency in managing teams and delegating tasks effectively
• Thorough knowledge of food and beverage operations including health and safety regulations
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick sound decisions
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
• Fluency in English is essential
• Relevant qualifications in hospitality management are desirable but not mandatory
