Short Description
The Manager of Enterprise Change and Transformation will lead organizational change initiatives across the health care system to ensure successful adoption of new processes technologies and cultural transformations. This role partners with leadership project teams and stakeholders to develop and execute change strategies that minimize resistance maximize engagement and drive sustainable outcomes aligned with organizational goals.
Experience Required
3-5 years required.
Education Requirements
Bachelors degree required. Masters preferred.
License/Certification Requirements
Prosci Change Management Certification or similar required.
