As the General Manager you will oversee the daily operations of our restaurant ensuring the highest standards of food quality customer service and staff management. You will play a pivotal role in driving sales enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering a positive work environment. This position offers an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact and contribute to our growth and success with a competitive salary range of $65000 - $75000 annually.

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and management
• Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
• Manage staff recruitment training and development
• Maintain high standards of food quality and safety
• Monitor inventory levels and manage supply orders
• Conduct regular staff meetings and performance evaluations
• Analyze financial reports and implement cost-control measures
• Develop and manage budgets for the restaurant

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Engage with the community to promote the restaurant

• Proven experience as a General Manager or similar role in the restaurant industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient in restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems
• Strong understanding of financial management and budgeting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
• Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
