As a Quality Control Analyst in our Fragrance & Beauty Division you will be responsible to under limited supervision evaluate inspect and analyse fragrance products raw materials inter-mediates by performing basic sensory physical or analytical tests to secure compliance with product safety regulations specifications and standards. In this exciting role you will:
Perform a variety of sensory quality tests such as colour and smell.
Assist the analytical lab and enter results into SAP resulting in an approval or rejection of product.
Perform basic equipment calibrations and support miscellaneous laboratory functions such as preparing solutions maintaining lab supplies and managing retain samples.
Perform instruments equipment and quality deviations troubleshooting in laboratory.
Analyse and collect data for product investigations.
Identify and document non-conforming productions.
Identify opportunity for improvements in QC.
Provide administrative assistance as requested.
Work in accordance with all relevant requirements.
Knowledgeable in ISO 9001 HACCP and GMP quality management systems.

Your professional profile includes:
Bachelor degree or above in chemistry food biology or relevance.
More than 5 years related working experience in FMCG chemicals industry. Operational experience of a laboratory environment analytical equipment and instruments such as Densitometer Refractometer GC.
Sensitive olfaction enthusiasm for organoleptic inspection. Sensory evaluation experience preferred.
Problem solving orientation.
Fluent in both written and oral English.
