Formula Management Executive (Temp)

As the Formula Management Executive you will support with formula management in system like SAP FRAMES etc. and take other administrative work. This role will have 1 years contract with 3rd party vender.

• Handling formula localization in SAP as per request of NBO/RMR for China sites &India Oral Care site. Coordinate with standard sample for QC comparison. Tracking pending workflows for any urgent cases.
• Backup for South Asia region to do the localization cases
• Work together with QC/sales to initiate production transfer process for global customers
• Organize the review of stock with planning for the new raw materials introduction.
• Support for the crisis RM shortage and maintain the substitution in system.
• Unarchive and unblock formulas for business team
• Other cases delegate from global level.

You

• University Degree with a chemical related major.
• 1-3 years working experience in Chemical Industry
• Good communication skill with multiple departments.
• Fluent English in writing and speaking.
• Familiar with SAP operation is preferred.
