Role Definition
A strategycritical position for someone who can turn complex commercial data into clear decisions influence senior leaders and shape how growth is executed across regions.

Responsibilities

Strategic Analytics & Insight

Lead complex customer and dealerlevel analyses to inform coverage models segmentation growth priorities and gotomarket decisions
Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical frameworks and factbased recommendations

Executive & BoardReady Outputs

Develop concise insightled dashboards onesliders and presentations for SVP VP and board audiences
Ensure outputs clearly articulate so what implications tradeoffs and recommended actions

Enterprise Metrics & Dashboards

Own and evolve core commercial performance dashboards (e.g. STU SV CVA Aftermarket Technology adoption)
Ensure data integrity consistency and alignment across Growth and Core Regions

Governance Pilots & Strategic Initiatives

Act as analytics and insight lead for strategic pilots governance models and transformation initiatives
Support qualification logic tracking mechanisms and executive progress reviews

CrossFunctional Leadership

Partner closely with Strategy Sales Digital Distribution Services and regional teams to align insights with execution
Serve as a trusted analytical advisor to senior leaders

Research Analysis: Knowledge of the concepts methodologies and methods of research analysis; ability to locate interpret and evaluate research findings compiled and documented by others.

Interprets new findings and analyzes their validity.
Advises on advanced research analysis methods.
Evaluates research analysis best practices within the industry.
Analyzes published research reports and their possible implications.
Implements research analysis standards within the organization.
Controls the quality of research analysis.

This position requires the candidate to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office.
