B2B Account Manager

About the Role

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manageryoulljoin a small supportive team focused on securing and maintaining B2B accountsparticularly truck fleets. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals in sales account management or mechanical fields.

Using Salesforce CRM your key responsibilities will include:

  • Optimise account management processes and achieve sales goals.

  • Use Michelin salesmethodologyto grow territory sales volumes.

  • Conduct customer visits to inspect and report on Tyre performance whiledemonstratingthe value of Michelin Tyres/services.

  • Provide technical support to customers and end users.

  • Initiate improvements in servicesproductsand systems.

  • Analyse demand and influence stakeholders to ensure resource availability.

  • Identifynew and different business opportunities.

WhatWereLooking For:

  • Willingness to adapt and learn.

  • Ability to work autonomously while being part of a team.

  • Strong communicationskills to share information mitigate issues and resolve conflicts.

  • Analytical skills to understand datawritereports and make recommendations.

  • Respect for people fostering a culture of compassionempathyand support.

  • Ideally experience in B2B industry clientservicesand/or sales environment.

  • Experience using a CRM tool and MS Office skills: ExcelWordand PowerPoint.

  • Ability to travel 6-8 days per month (you plan your own schedule).

  • Authorised to work in Australia. New Zealand applicants will also be considered.
