About the Role
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manageryoulljoin a small supportive team focused on securing and maintaining B2B accountsparticularly truck fleets. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals in sales account management or mechanical fields.
Using Salesforce CRM your key responsibilities will include:
Optimise account management processes and achieve sales goals.
Use Michelin salesmethodologyto grow territory sales volumes.
Conduct customer visits to inspect and report on Tyre performance whiledemonstratingthe value of Michelin Tyres/services.
Provide technical support to customers and end users.
Initiate improvements in servicesproductsand systems.
Analyse demand and influence stakeholders to ensure resource availability.
Identifynew and different business opportunities.

Ideally experience in B2B industry clientservicesand/or sales environment.
Experience using a CRM tool and MS Office skills: ExcelWordand PowerPoint.
Ability to travel 6-8 days per month (you plan your own schedule).
Authorised to work in Australia. New Zealand applicants will also be considered.
