About the Role

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manageryoulljoinasupportive team focused on securing and maintaining B2Baccounts particularlytransportfleets.

This role suitsresilientindividuals who enjoy customer interaction relationship building and developing an understanding of how products deliver value inreal-worldautomotive operations.

Adopting and LeveragingSalesforce CRM your key responsibilities will include:

  • Optimise account management processes and achieve sales goals.

  • Use Michelin salesmethodologyto grow territory sales volumes.

  • Conduct customer visits to inspect and report on tyre performance whiledemonstratingthe value of Michelintyres/services.

  • Provide technical support to customers and end users.

  • Initiate improvements in servicesproductsand systems.

  • Analyse demand and influence stakeholders to ensure resource availability.

  • Identifynew and different business opportunities.

WhatWereLooking For:

  • Willingness to adapt and learn and grow in a technical sales environment.

  • Strong communicationskills to share information resolve issues and manage relationships.

  • Ability to work autonomously while being part of a team.

  • Analyticalcapability tounderstand datawritereports and make recommendations.

  • Respect for people contributing to a culture of compassionempathyand support.

  • A degree or qualification in engineering mechanical automotive or a related technical disciplineora background in salesbusinessor client services.

  • An interest or passion for the automotive transport or motorsport industry is highly regarded.

  • Experience using a CRM tool and MS Office skills: ExcelWordand PowerPoint or a strong willingness to learn and quickly build capability in these systems.

  • Ability to travel 6-8 days per month (with flexibility to plan your own schedule).

  • Authorised to work in Australia. New Zealand applicants will also be considered.
