People Specialist
Job Summary
This is a senior specialist role providing best practice workplace relations advice and support to leaders across the bank on complex people matters.
Youll find yourself engaging with leaders across all levels across the Bank to make a real tangible impact through the resolution of individual workplace matters.
Your deep technical expertise and experience in leading workplace investigations supported by your sound judgment and strong stakeholder management will see you build relationships and establish yourself as a trusted advisor who partners with business leaders to influence decisions that balance technical expertise Bank values risk tolerance and commerciality.
Working in a highly collaborative and agile team youll manage multiple live matters at once. This is a role that enables you to balance autonomy with access to strong technical support when needed.
The work is challenging sensitive and highly valued.
Location is flexible across Sydney Melbourne Brisbane and Perth. Perthbased candidates will be considered for suitably senior profiles.
Essential
- Strong experience managing complex ER / workplace relations caseswithin a specialist or HR partnering role.
- Experience conducting workplace investigationsand supporting employment matters independently
- Strong employment relations and/or employment lawknowledge.
- Excellent drafting and verbal communication skills
- Confidence working in emotionally charged highrisk situationswith a mindset of care and fairness.
Strongly preferred
- Senior ER advisory experience in a large or regulated organisation
- Proven ability to advise and influence senior leaders
- Comfortable working autonomously across shifting priorities
- Human Resources or Legal Qualifications
