The opportunity:
In this role youll provide compassionate person-centred care toolder individuals supporting them to live with dignity andindependence in the comfort of their own homes. Your day to dayresponsibilities may include assisting with mobility personalhygiene meals shopping and other daily activities all inalignment with their personalised care plans.

Youll also support clients with domestic tasks such asgardening helping them maintain a pleasant and comfortable livingenvironment. Beyond physical support youll foster a sense ofbelonging by encouraging participation in community-based socialand recreational activities.

What it takes to do this work:

• Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support
• An empathy and commitment to the care of older people
• Administer and Monitor Medications Certificate HLTHP007 (highly desirable)
• Good interpersonal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work unsupervised
• Availability to attend our 3 day on-boarding program
• Current First Aid certificate
• Current Drivers License a reliable car with comprehensive car insurance
