About theopportunity:
As a member of the Digital & Data team the Process Automation Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring Charter Hall invests in the right automation and digital solutions by leading highquality discovery process design and requirements definition.
This role is accountable for deeply understanding business problems currentstate processes and user needs and leading the redesign of optimised futurestate processes that improve existing ways of working. Through structured discovery and facilitation the Process Automation Specialist identifies opportunities to simplify streamline and enable automation translating needs into clear structured and welldocumented requirements and process designs that enable technical delivery teams to build scalable enterprisegrade solutions with confidence.
Acting as the bridge between the business and technical teams the role focuses on facilitation analysis documentation and decision support connecting dots across teams systems and processes to create a coherent endtoend view of how work should flow across the organisation. This ensures solutions are grounded in business value aligned to strategy and designed to support reuse consistency and a connected digital experience across the Charter Hall value chain.
What Youll Be Doing
Lead discovery with business stakeholders to deeply understand business challenges documenting current-state processes pain points and needs across the Charter Hall value chain.
Facilitate workshops and design sessions to challenge existing ways of working and identify opportunities to simplify streamline and enable automation. Ensure process redesign precedes and informs the technical design of any optimised futurestate processes that improve efficiency control and user experience.
Connect the dots across teams systems and processes to create an endtoend view of how work flows and could flow establishing a digital thread across the organisation.
Act as the primary bridge between business and technical teams ensuring intent context and design decisions are clearly understood and preserved through handover to engineering and development.
Contribute to the automation strategy and roadmap working with the Digital & Data Leadership Team to prioritise initiatives aligned with business goals and delivering measurable value.
