- Bachelors Degree in Arquitecture Engineering or Construction Management with five(5) years of exposure in Construction Management.
- Bilingual: Spanish and English communications.
- Resource should be available for relocation.

AS A PIECE OF FITS YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)
- Manage all aspects of project(s): planning implementation monitoring completion and follow-up.
- Provide high-level technical interpretation of design and project documentation to guide execution and decision-making.
- Lead and oversee project execution to ensure compliance with quality standards site requirements and contractual obligations.
- Manage complex and nonroutine project challenges independently exercising sound judgment with minimal oversight.
- Provide leadership direction and ongoing coordination with consultants vendors and contractors assigned to the project.
- Ensure effective communication alignment and collaboration among all project stakeholders.
- Proactively keep site and senior management informed of risks constraints and conditions that may impact project scope schedule or cost.
- Prepare and present weekly project status reports detailing progress risks and mitigation actions.
- Lead crossdiscipline reviews of drawings and deliverables to identify inconsistencies gaps or conflicts.
- Serve as the primary interface between engineering and field teams to resolve design and constructability issues.
- Coordinate with subcontracting material management project controls and automation teams to ensure integrated project delivery.
- Provide overall project leadership driving execution accountability and successful delivery of objectives.
