YETI is seeking a highly motivated Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Manager to serve as the global subject matter expert for workplace safety occupational health and environmental compliance. This role applies deep EHS expertise and independent judgement to develop implement and scale a unified global EHS framework across corporate offices innovation centers retail stores and international locations. The EHS manager leads the creation of global standards compliance programs training analytics and operational governance that ensure a safe healthy and compliant workplace for all YETI employees and partners. This includes oversight of injury prevention ergonomics chemical and hazardous materials management environmental compliance incident management emergency preparedness and regulatory alignment across diverse jurisdictions. The role partners closely with Facilities HR Legal Retail Supply Chain Product and IT to strengthen YETIs safety culture and drive continuous improvement through scalable systems dashboards and risk-reduction initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Lead EHS program strategy road mapping communication and storytelling to secure leadership alignment and embed a culture of safety.
Develop implement and continuously improve YETIs global EHS program standards and compliance frameworks aligned to enterprise strategy.
Establish global governance KPIs audit cycles and reporting mechanisms.
Manage EHS operations across corporate retail warehousing and international locations.
Oversee end-to-end programs for workplace safety industrial hygiene ergonomics hazardous materials injury prevention and environmental compliance.
Monitor OSHA EPA NFPA ILO ISO 45001 and all relevant international and local regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and risk reduction.
Oversee incident reporting investigations root-cause analysis corrective action planning communication of lessons learned and enterprise-level reporting.
Develop deploy and track global EHS training for employees managers field teams and frontline retail associates.
Lead the annual EHS audit program inspections and performance reporting using leading and lagging indicators.
Maintain EHS documentation recordkeeping and compliance reporting.
Maintain global risk registers and partner with site leaders to identify assess and mitigate EHS risks across regions.
Develop standardized tools templates and processes for job hazard analysis risk assessments and safe-work procedures.
Partner with Real Estate Facilities Retail and operations teams on safety design equipment standards ergonomics and facility modifications.
Support implementation of EHS technology platforms reporting systems and analytics dashboards.
Lead global emergency preparedness programs including evacuation planning drills SOP documentation and employee education.
Serve as an EHS lead during incident response supporting cross-functional partners including Facilities HR Legal and Security.
Participate in after-action reviews and support enterprise resilience improvements.
Manage environmental compliance programs including waste management recycling stormwater air quality hazardous waste and sustainability-related regulatory obligations. ESG/EHS data coordination.
Oversee case mgmt. analytics field support & third-party provider performance.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in EHS Occupational Health Engineering Environmental Science or related field. Masters degree preferred.
8 years of progressive EHS experience in corporate retail supply chain manufacturing or multi-site environments.
OSHA 10 certified; proficient in technologies and equipment used in environmental inspections.
Professional certification(s) preferred (e.g. CSP CIH CHMM CRSP ISO Internal Auditor etc.) or equivalent international credentials (including NEBOSH IOSH).
Strong working knowledge of EHS regulations (e.g. OSHA EPA DOT NFPA ILO and applicable country provincial and state requirements) with experience navigating multi-jurisdictional environment.
Demonstrated ability to distinguish regulatory requirements from best practices and to advise the business on risk-based practical EHS solutions that balance compliance operational needs and business impact.
Ability to analyze data build dashboards and communicate insights to leadership. Excellent written and verbal skills.
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence without direct managerial authority across functions and regions to drive program adoption.
Experience supporting emergency preparedness ergonomics environmental compliance and workplace safety programs.
Embodies high standards of integrity professionalism and ethical conduct with sound judgement and the ability to operate independently in ambiguous or evolving environments. Comfortable working in a fast-paced high-growth global environment.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally (2-3 trips annually).
