The Role Hands-On Leadership
As our Warehouse Supervisor youll oversee day-to-day warehouse operations while actively working alongside the team.
Youll play a key role in ensuring accuracy efficiency and safety across all activitiesfrom receiving and storage through to picking dispatch and customer collections.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancingpeople leadership operational control and continuous improvement.
What Youll Be Doing
- Lead and participate in all warehouse operations (receiving put-away picking dispatch)
- Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with OH&S standards
- Maintain accurate inventory and ensure all system transactions are up to date
- Oversee cycle counts and stocktakes to ensure inventory accuracy
- Support and train team members to perform safely and efficiently
- Coordinate with internal teams including Customer Service Sales and Logistics
- Identify opportunities to improve processes reduce costs and increase efficiency
- Maintain warehouse equipment facilities and operational standards
- Handle walk-in customers and support counter sales when required
What Youll Bring
- Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or senior storeperson role
- Forklift licence (LF)
- Experience with ERP systems (Dynamics AX preferred)
- Strong focus on safety accuracy and operational excellence
- Confident working with warehouse systems and data
- Ability to lead delegate and motivate a small team
- A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced hands-on environment
