Job Summary:In Talent Acquisitionyoullbe at the forefront of our innovation executing strategic recruitment and sourcing initiatives to attract top-tier diverse with a diverse group of passionate individuals to deliver sustainable solutions to advance mobility improve well-beingand enhance modern life.

Your work willoperateas acollaborative communicator and effective business partner. This includes education on the process expectations and external market data understanding the role outreach to a strong diverse pool of candidates through advertisement and talent sourcingscreeningand assessing potential talent making recommendations following up on feedback and presenting and negotiating offers of employment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment ensuring a high-touch candidateand hiring managerexperience.

  • Partner with senior leaders and HR Business Partners tounderstandrole requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies.

  • Source screen and present qualified candidates manage interview and offer processes in collaboration with Compensation and HR Partner teams includingeffectivelyscreening candidates for technical functional soft skills and potential.

  • Increase candidate pipelines by expanding knowledge and influencing openness totalent profilesand talent pools with ancillaryqualificationsandbackgroundsfromcomplementaryindustries.

  • Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to inform hiring decisions and talent strategies.

  • Champion operational excellence and continuous improvement in TA processes and systems.

  • Influence and attract a wide range of candidate types including passive early career veteran and leadership-level talent.

  • Ensure qualified diverse candidate slates are presented to hiring managers.

  • Act as a trusted advisor on labor market trends compliance and global hiring practices.

Required Qualifications that Enable Your Success

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Psychology Communications or relatedfield.

  • Minimum of 3 years of full lifecycle experience in Talent Acquisition foroperations and engineeringrolesin the US includingpeopleleader level.

  • Experience using sourcing and marketing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter and CRMs

  • Experience using Applicant Tracking System preferably SuccessFactors

  • Comfortable withleveraginggenerative AI tools such as Co-Pilot and willingness to continue to learn and explore new AI technologies in Talent Acquisition.

  • Demonstrated experience in the areas of diversityveteran and/or early career recruitment.

  • Agile communicator and influencer comfortable in a high-change environmentoperateswithsenseof urgency and inclusivity and the ability to learn and grow.

  • Building strong professional talent networks andglobalperspective.

  • Ability to apply a consultancy approach effectively managing expectations of stakeholders and clients influence and communicate with all levels of leadership and the ability to transform ideas into action for results.

  • Self-motivated with excellent customer service and leadership skills.

  • Exemplify leadership capabilities as you will be leading and managing the TA process with your hiring teams.

  • Understanding of EEOC salary history bans pay transparency and other hiring compliance regulations and laws.

  • Proficiencywith MS Office including Teams Word Excel Outlook andPPt.

  • SHRM AIRS PHR or similar certifications are a plus but notrequired.

  • Mustbe willing to travel locally 5% of the time.
