Days (United States of America)Compensation Partners conduct a variety of organizational compensation services including market analysis equity studies and job evaluations. They provide support for cyclical compensation activities such as the annual rewards cycle process annual market review and pay equity analysis. They serve as system experts in Workday and our compensation survey management tool Payfactors.
Essential Functions:
- Provide support and guidance to the organization in partnership with Compensation Consultants on a wide range of compensation services including job evaluations market reviews and equity studies. Present recommendations to business leaders under the guidance of Compensation leadership and/or Compensation Consultants.
Support and/or lead compensation support of Compensation Operations this may include the annual rewards cycle process annual market review pay equity analyses and/or union support of Executive Compensation this may include data collection for annual tally sheets used for reasonableness letters and 990 filings.
Interpret compensation policies procedures collective bargaining agreements and related labor laws and regulations under general guidance. Provide counsel on compensation-related practices laws and regulations.
Participate on cross functional project teams in the design recommendation and implementation of new or existing pay practices to ensure market competitiveness internal equity and consistency. Collaborate with Compensation leadership and Consultants on small to mid-size projects and provide support for large projects.
Assist in developing updating and maintaining compensation policy and procedure documentation including documentation of incentive premium and special pay programs.
Participate in third-party salary surveys and coordinate integration of local market survey data with third party software to recommend changes to existing salary range assignments.
Prepare a variety of Human Resources reports and audits as requested using an Access Database Excel or the HRIS system.
Assist with ServiceNow case triage and resolution.
Analyze maintain and improve Compensation team performance and service delivery by recognizing patterns analyzing root causes making process improvement recommendations and communicating important updates with the team

Education Qualifications:
Required Minimum Education:
4 Year/ Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience - Business Human Resources Accounting/ Finance or other related field
Graduate Degree/ Masters (Preferred Education)
Licensing/ Certification:
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) - Preferred
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum Years and Type of Experience
2 years of experience in Human Resources Finance or other related field
Other Knowledge Skills and Abilities Required
Previous experience using a personal computer and various software packages (e.g. Access Excel Word PowerPoint etc.) is required.
Other Knowledge Skills and Abilities Preferred
1 year healthcare experience Workday experience job pricing tool (Payfactors MarketPay etc.) experience
1 years of experience in compensation theory and practice job evaluation methodologies FLSA and regulations related to Compensation
