DCP-Power Electronical SW Engineer(Global) Shenzhen
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the endtoend power hardware development for advanced power electronic systems including highpower circuit design magnetic component design and device selection for medium- to highpower applications.
- Conduct indepth analysis and evaluation of various power electronic circuit topologies ensuring robust performance reliability and efficiency.
- Develop integrate and optimize embedded hardware and software; perform systemlevel debugging and continuous performance tuning.
Qualifications
- Masters degree or above in Power Electronics Automatic Control Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Strong theoretical foundation in power circuit design electromagnetic components control theory analog/digital electronics and related engineering fundamentals.
- Minimum 5 years of handson R&D experience in both software and hardware development for power electronic products.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Highly selfmotivated with strong analytical thinking problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in crossfunctional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven R&D experience in medium- or highpower applications such as telecom power systems HVDC UPS photovoltaic (PV) inverters or similar power conversion products.
- Familiarity with DSPbased control systems and proficiency in engineering simulation/design tools such as Matlab Mathcad or equivalent platforms.
