Job Summary
What Youll Do (Responsibilities)
Provide high-quality on-site and remote technical support to Canvanauts across China.
Deliver AV and event technology support for in-person hybrid and remote events including gathering technical requirements and partnering with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
Support and troubleshoot all on-site hardware including MacBooks mobile devices network infrastructure printers and video conferencing systems.
Manage Canva China hardware assets including procurement vendor coordination provisioning inventory accuracy and lifecycle management.
Support onboarding and offboarding across China including hardware preparation account provisioning and access de-provisioning.
Contribute to our global support model by responding to service requests across multiple service channels with a focus on supporting users in China.
Contribute to Global IT Operations and IT Supergroup goals to continuously improve service delivery automation and user experience.
Qualifications :
What Youll Have (Skills)
Strong written and verbal English communication skills (essential) - youll collaborate daily with global teams.
Demonstrated experience providing in-person IT support in an enterprise environment.
Experience supporting Apple / Mac devices.
Experience supporting collaboration and productivity tools (e.g. Google Workspace Okta Slack Zoom Jira Confluence).
Experience supporting event technology (video conferencing audio hybrid setups).
Exposure to onboarding/offboarding processes and access provisioning.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
A proactive mindset - you dont wait to be told whats broken.
