Your work profile
We are seeking an experienced and result drivenServiceNow Developerat a Manager level with a strong background in HRSD ensuring business continuity and compliance with organizational goals.
Key skills required
- ServiceNow HRSD Joiner Mover leaver HR Case Management Candidate Experience Employee Experience .
- Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist (CIS).
- Experience with one or more HRSD project experience is essential.
- Experience with ServiceNow HRSD.
- Employee Document Managemen
- Human Resources Virtual Agent Conversations
- Performance Analytics for Human Resources
- Education-Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
- 8-12 years of hands-on experience with theServiceNow platform.
- Strong knowledge of at least one of the following modules:
- HRSD:Case & Knowledge Management Employee Centre Lifecycle Events Onboarding
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow data model architecture and integration frameworks.
- Excellent communication stakeholder management and documentation skills.
- Experience managing cross-functional global delivery teams.
