Job Summary: Community & Space Manager (Panchkula)
- Serve as main point of contact for coworking space members addressing needs and building relationships.
- Onboard new members and help them integrate into the community.
- Facilitate connections and collaborations among members to foster a vibrant coworking environment.
- Collect and relay member feedback to improve services and offerings.
- Oversee space operations including meeting room bookings visitor management and entry protocols.
- Coordinate with housekeeping vendors and service providers to maintain high facility standards.
- Manage mail and packages for members.
- Monitor maintenance issues and supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Support planning and execution of community events workshops and member activities.
- Assist in organizing expert sessions wellness programs and monthly event calendars.
- Demonstrate a people-first proactive and organized approach to all tasks.
- Leverage basic tech tools for scheduling communication and administration.
- Freshers and candidates from hospitality coworking or customer service backgrounds are welcome.
