Coordinate facilitateand support project manager to ensure success of project.

Assist the business units in implementing thecontract logistics project.
Assist in developing project plans maintainingand follow up execution of those plans by working with assigned resources to ensure that project milestones deadlines and targets are achieved within budget and in compliance.
Develop and maintain related documents to project.
Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment
Assist in data preparation and analysisto support project manager.
Facility meetings prepare agenda and documents minutes and action items both meeting and business workshop.
Facilitate maintain project status includingregisteringnew project into companys systems.
Communicate project status regularly tostakeholders

Good logical thinking and problem-solving skills
Good at project planning project diagnostic and analysis information
Strong understanding of contract logistics operations both warehouse and transportation.
Ability to manage multiple projectssimultaneouslyin a fast-pace environment.

Educational background / Work experience |
Bachelors or Masters degree in Logistics Management Business AdministrationIndustrialEngineeringor related field
Minimum of 1 2 years working experience in Project Management or Logistics field.Preferrable project coordinationor logistics implementation

Proficient in English both written and spoken |
|
PC literate and application of MS Office (Outlook Excel WordPowerPoint)
Understanding inWarehouse Management Systemsand/or Transport Management Systems arepreferable.
