The Transition Lead - AMAS role exists to support the Maintenance Manager to successfully mobilise and transition the CRL Asset Management and Services (AMAS) contract into steady-state operations by providing structured coordination tracking documentation preparation and control and stakeholder support across all transition workstreams.

  • Experience supporting contract mobilisation transition-in or major operational change

  • Strong coordination tracking and follow-through capability across multiple workstreams

  • High attention to detail with a structured process-driven working style

  • Confidence engaging with senior internal stakeholders and chasing actions diplomatically

  • Strong document management and MS Teams / SharePoint capability

  • Experience in facilities management asset management or government contracts

  • Familiarity with Day-1 readiness transition plans or governance reporting

  • Understanding of commercial operational and compliance risks during mobilisation
