Job Description
The Opportunity
Were seeking an accomplished Tunnel Lead with deep expertise in the design and delivery of tunnels for road rail utility and water this key leadership role you will guide tunnelling strategy ensure design governance and safety assurance and coordinate complex multidisciplinary inputs across major projects.
Your Impact
Lead tunnel design across mined TBM and cutandcover methodologies
Oversee geotechnical integration structural design systems coordination and ventilation requirements
Drive safetyindesign constructability and operability outcomes throughout the project lifecycle
Manage engagement with clients technical specialists and project stakeholders
Provide leadership direction and mentorship to tunnelling engineers and designers
Required Skills and Competencies
Extensive tunnelling engineering experience on major transport or infrastructure projects
Strong understanding of ground behaviour lining design support systems and construction techniques
Proven ability to manage complex multidisciplinary technical interfaces
Excellent leadership communication and problemsolving capability
