Job Description
The Opportunity
Wereseeking an experiencedGeotechnical Leadto shape ground engineering strategy and oversee delivery across geotechnical geological and geoenvironmental this senior role you will provide technical leadership across foundations earthworks tunnelsretainingstructures and ground improvement solutions on major infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead geotechnical design and provide robust technical governance across all project stages
Oversee planning execution and interpretation of site investigations
Prepare and review geotechnical analyses reports and technical documentation
Develop geotechnical risk assessments and deliver constructability reviews
Collaborate closely with structural civil and tunnelling teams to support integrated design
Mentor and develop engineers promoting innovation and best practice in ground engineering
Required Skills and Competencies
Extensive experience in geotechnical engineering within major infrastructure delivery
Strong capability in interpreting geotechnical datasets and designing foundations and earthworks
Exceptional leadership communication and collaborativeproblemsolvingskills
Proven ability to guide teams through complex technical and project challenges
