The Deputy Home Manager will play a key role in supporting the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the home. This is an opportunity to shape young lives lead a passionate team and uphold the highest standards of care and compliance.
What Were Looking For:
At least 3 years experience working in a childrens residential setting.
Level 3/4 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or an equivalent qualification).
Proven experience in an Ofsted-regulated childrens home with a track record of achieving high inspection outcomes.
A strong understanding of the challenges and needs of children in residential care.
A compassionate resilient and motivated leader.

Support the Registered Manager in achieving Good or Outstanding ratings in Ofsted inspections.
Ensure the home meets all regulatory and safeguarding requirements.
Provide guidance supervision and training to staff fostering a culture of growth and professional development.
Build strong relationships with young people their families and external professionals.
Support in developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual needs.
