Job Purpose and Impact
The Account Manager will drive strategic growth build trusted customer partnerships and deliver sustainable commercial results in line with Cargills values of integrity collaboration and customer focus.
This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional who thrives in acustomercentric fastpaced and purposeled environment.
Key Accountabilities
- Own and expand strategic key accounts
- Develop and executeaccount strategies and business plans that deliver profitable growth and longterm value.
- Act as atrusted advisor building deep credibilitybased customer relationships.
- Deliver strong commercial performance
- Achieve and exceedsales targets revenue growth and margin goals.
- Applyvaluebased selling and disciplined execution to drive results.
- Build customerdriven business plans
- Create tailoredaccount plans aligned with customer objectives market dynamics and Cargills portfolio.
- Usedata insights and market intelligence to identify risks and growth opportunities.
- Lead crossfunctional collaboration
- Coordinate internal teams (sales supply chain technical customer service) to delivervalueadded solutions.
- Champion aoneteam mindset to consistently meet customer commitments.
- Influence product pricing and service strategy
- Leverage customer insights to shapeproduct development pricing strategy and service excellence.
- Bring thevoice of the customer into commercial and strategic decisionmaking.
- Identify and unlock new growth opportunities
- Partner with leadership and peers to developnew markets categories and customers within your territory.
- Support innovation and business expansion initiatives.
- Operate with autonomy and accountability
- Independently manage complex commercial challenges with sound judgment.
- Escalate only the most critical issues balancingrisk management and customer trust.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated experience in the Food Service Domain.
- Showing a growth mindset be result driven and having excellent communication skills.
- Excellent English language skills.
