Roles & Responsibilities:

Application Support & Incident Handling

Act as point of contact for end-user issues and queries in eQMS/EHS applications like ETQ/ Enablon.

Prioritize and track incidents/service requests.

Perform initial troubleshooting and resolution for basic issues in eQMS/EHS applications like ETQ/ Enablon.

Escalate complex technical issues to next level.

Follow SLA and incident management processes.

Basic Technical Support

Assist in configuration changes under supervision of Architect.

Support data uploads corrections and validation activities.

Perform system smoke testing after deployments or fixes.

Documentation & Process Management

Update ticketing systems with proper resolution details.

Maintain trackers for deliverables and project milestones.

Operational Support

Handle important non-technical operational tasks.

Support report generation and data reconciliation activities in eQMS/EHS applications like ETQ/ Enablon.

Technical Knowledge

Well versed with MS Office applications (MS Word/ MS Excel/).

Basic understanding of Applications/ Architecture / UI / Databases / Business Rules.

Understanding about SAAS PAAS IAAS.

Knowledge of scripting / RPA would be an added advantage.

Aware of Jira and ServiceNow or other similar applications.
