How youll make an impact:
This is a key leadership role within the Decision Analytics & Strategic Insights team. The Senior Manager will go beyond delivering data transforming it into clear insight-led narratives that directly inform business decisions. This role is responsible for designing and maintaining analytics dashboards and decision-support tools that empower stakeholders to act with confidence while leading a team of analysts to surface the so what behind the data. The Senior Manager will partner closely with cross-functional leaders to understand the questions that matter most and ensure analytics output drives real business outcomes.
Decision Analytics & Strategic Insights (35%)
- Lead the development and ongoing optimization of analytics dashboards and decision-support tools that translate data into clear actionable insights for business stakeholders.
- Own and maintain business-critical analytics and reporting ensuring accuracy reliability and timely delivery of the metrics and dashboards stakeholders depend on to run the business.
- Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical frameworks and deliver insight-led recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Design and maintain self-service analytics capabilities and decision-support tools that shift the teams focus from routine reporting to deeper strategic analysis.
- Partner with business units to identify high-value analytical opportunities quantify potential impact and prioritize the analytics roadmap accordingly.
- Identify patterns and trends in complex datasets to surface the so what behind the numbers delivering insight-driven narratives that move stakeholders from data awareness to confident decision-making.
- Prepare documentation and user aids suitable to end user needs. Provide training to end users and support staff appropriate to the business need.
- Install configure and deploy BI tools in partnership with admin team / roles as SME
Team Leadership (35%)
- Build and lead a team of analysts and business intelligence professionals.
- Provide mentorship coaching and professional development to team members.
Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication (30%)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing finance operations and IT to understand their data needs and align strategies.
- Present data insights and findings to executives and stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.

Must have:
- Leadership & Team Development Leading analytics teams and cross-functional requirements with a track record of building and developing high-performing analysts
- Advanced Analytics & Visualization Tableau Power BI or equivalent including dashboard design that surfaces meaningful decision-ready insights
- SQL & Data Infrastructure SQL (procedures views functions scripts) and data warehouse platforms (Snowflake AWS Redshift Oracle SQL Server etc)
- Insight Delivery & Executive Communication Proven ability to translate complex data into clear compelling narratives and strategic business recommendations for executive and cross-functional audiences with a track record of demonstrably influencing key decisions through well-designed analytics outputs
Preferred skills and experience:
- Bachelors or masters degree in a related field (e.g. Data Science Business Analytics Computer Science).
- Experience building self-service analytics capabilities and decision-support tools that enable business teams to move beyond routine reporting toward independent insight-driven decision-making.
- Knowledge of industry best practices data governance and compliance standards.
