- Shift: 4x12-Hour Rotating (Days/Nights)
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM 7:00 PM
- Night Shift: 7:00 PM 7:00 AM
- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced MS/Tele Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic hospital setting. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills in both medical-surgical and telemetry nursing with the ability to adapt to rotating shifts and varying patient acuity levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in a Medical-Surgical/Telemetry unit
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
- Respond to changes in patient condition and escalate care as needed
- Ensure adherence to safety and infection control standards
Requirements:
- Active New York RN License (must be in hand at submission)
- Minimum experience in MS/Tele nursing preferred
- Strong telemetry and patient monitoring skills
- Ability to work rotating day/night shifts
