Job Summary

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Renal/Medical-Surgical unit. The RN will provide high-quality patient-centered care using clinical judgment and evidence-based practices. This role involves assessing planning implementing and evaluating care for patients with kidney disease and general medical/surgical conditions in a collaborative healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive patient-centered nursing care
  • Assess plan implement and evaluate patient care plans
  • Provide age-specific and culturally competent care and education
  • Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure patient confidentiality

Required Qualifications

  • Diploma in Nursing (BSN preferred)
  • Active RN License (Ohio or Compact State)
  • BLS Certification (American Heart Association)
  • Strong communication and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced diverse clinical setting
