Job Summary
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Renal/Medical-Surgical unit. The RN will provide high-quality patient-centered care using clinical judgment and evidence-based practices. This role involves assessing planning implementing and evaluating care for patients with kidney disease and general medical/surgical conditions in a collaborative healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive patient-centered nursing care
- Assess plan implement and evaluate patient care plans
- Provide age-specific and culturally competent care and education
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure patient confidentiality
- Adapt to changes and contribute to a positive team-oriented environment
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Active RN License (Ohio or Compact State)
- BLS Certification (American Heart Association)
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced diverse clinical setting
